Building details: 50 Hudson Yards is the one of the largest buildings in New York City. The building is bordered by 34th Street to the north, 33rd Street to the south, 10th Ave to the east, and Hudson Blvd to the west. 50 Hudson Yards is 1011 feet tall and over 2.9 million square feet overall. The building is occupied by over 500 employees per floor.
Project details: KSW collaborated with the owner and engineer of 50 Hudson Yards to develop a state-of-the-art mechanical core and shell infrastructure design. This system allowed both individual control and cross user redundancy.
