Project details: KSW provided a full HVAC system consisting of 5 Rooftop Air Handling Units totalling 300,000 CFM. These units service exam rooms, offices and operating rooms through a duct system and variable air volume boxes. We installed an 1800 ton chiller plant to feed chilled water to the air handling units. As this building was added to the existing campus, we extended high pressure steam piping from the existing boiler plant. This was accomplished by installing piping below a city street, without the need to close the street.
